Presidential Committee

The ASQF is represented by its Presidential Committee, which has board functions. The members of the Presidential Committee, who all work on an honorary basis, deal with all issues arising in the association. The Presidential Committee meets once every three months to define strategies and coordinate the work in the association. This includes convening the annual general membership meeting (AGM), implementing the resolutions that the AGM has passed, preparing and deciding on a budget and an events program for the year, keeping the books, accepting new members or excluding members from the association. The Presidential Committee has a particularly important role to play in controlling the management of the association and of the Institute.
